Unfinished business or….something else?

July did not really go to plan. Some markets followed the plan such as some international markets (indexes). You can say (somewhat) the NASDAQ followed both cycles and indicator but the other main indexes and other asset classes were far from optimal. The indicator off the dailies especially the SP 500 and the NASDAQ with it warning of new trend moves been really muted, nothing has really transpired and worse the SP 500 did not even make the usual move from when these prints occur. Indexes been slow to respond and made a joke off the SP 500 futures constantly printing 7523 and haunting me, it seems I am not the only one and its still haunting me off the close Friday.

Personally, the way I was set, I got slow rolled. I did not have a very good July.

There were some timing points where things did follow both the cycles and indicator but even they were very limited.

With all this occurring its put the whole main cycle count for the year into question and now it has highlighted other months as important that I originally did not give alot of weight to…now I do. Seems as Sept/Oct show up there is a significant amount of volatility cycles that show up again but not sure really how to interpret now. My problem is I expected July to be more volatile than what it was so I am somewhat snake bitten here.
